    Default Touch sensative kill switch

    hi all
About a year ago i was working in a workshop and came across a nissan patroll that had the most awesome home made kill switch / engine immobilizer i had ever seen, from what i know it was a switch that completed the circuit between the ignition barrel and the starter motor because the engine would not turn over unless it was activated.

now the question is this switch worked by one hand holding the key and the other hand touching just a plain old screw out in the open (but still used to hold some sort of bracket) witch some how completes a circuit witch in turn allows you to start the engine.
What is involved here i am tearing out my hair because i should of had a look before the vehicle left.

is there some sort of special switch involved or some special wiring,

if anyone knows Please share because me and im sure many other people would love to know this would stop a lot of theft I HAVE HAD 2 CARS STOLEN SO FAR AND THIS WOULD HELP ALOT, just don't share weather you have done it to a certain car for your own protection if ya know what i mean.

PISS OF YOU LOWLIFE ****ING CAR THEIVES!
IF I EVER CATCH ONE OF YOU DICKS I "WILL" TAKE THE LAW INTO MY OWN HANDS!!

air fuel or spark remove one of the three and the car wont run . most alarms will only slow them down as by now they have it down pat how to bypass most alarms and kill switches . a simple toggle switch on the fuel pump wiring and a croc lock on the bonnet . at the end of the day if they wish to steal your car they will . ever time you start your car you are showing to others just how to do it and giving away the location and the how too start your car too . have known guys to have up to three kill switches on their cars and yet they still have been stolen ????

My old man use to have the same kinda thing on the Kingswood only it was linked to the fuel pump, you could start the car with what was left in the fuel line but then you would have to touch 2 screw heads at the same time to activate the fuel pump, worked like a charm to, some guy thought it would be great to steal it one day but only got 10mtrs down the road before the car stopped, he wasnt smiling when the old boy dragged him outta the drivers window.
