    Default Dash mats

Is it just me or do dash mats look really crap? Theres one in my VS i just bought and i cant stand it but theres is a heap of hard glue under there and i dont think it will come off if i rip the mat out so i think im stuck with it. I reckon they are just a big carpet doiley for your car, what your thoughts

It depends on your needs i think, the dash does look a lot better without one but they are better for glare issues as well as heat and the obvious protection of the dash.

I have one on mine and im happy with it

+ one for a dash mat, protects the dash. I cut mine to fit around the uhf speaker I've got mounted in the centre plasic bit on the VY. Looks ok and I'm happy with it. Mind you I got it from where there had been a wreck on the side of the road, didn't know what sort of car it was off until I bought a vy and tried the dashmat and found it fitted!
