I've spent the last week reading various posts and searching ebay and I have a few questions, I hope someone can clear up.

Can you buy a lsd center and put it into a normal single spinner diff? It looks like you can, which would be the cheapest option for me.. Till i find out how much im up for to have someone swap the center out, new seals, shimmed, etc.

If you can, then how interchangeable are they? Can i only use the vs to vz diff centers (I have a vy v6, which i think is a 25spline diff). Or can i go more generalized when trying to source a part, so long as its the same spline count.

Also. Are minispools really that bad? Besides the legal issues are they really that much worse then a lsd? I've been humming and harring about it. A lot of people say its ok, some say its shocking. The shocking wet season this far north has got me thinking its not such a good idea.
