you'll most likely need 2 converters to throw enough fuel at it to get 250 rwkw, maybe ring someone at swift automotive on dandy frankston rd, they do some tough gas cars, they push the gas research product pretty hard.

GRA is the go single 350 carby and twin GRA b2 converters no need for twin gas service lines a APA or C&J tank will supply enough gas thru a 8mm or 5/16 service twin gas lockoffs or a single highflow unit apply boost pressure to the converters and all the gas you need is there .

back fires will and can occur in any engine combo to protect your cooler you could have a spring loaded relief valve in your piping to release the back pressure

something you may have to do yourself . there are back fire valves for lpg but they wont hold back the boost pressure . a simple spring loaded plate adjusted over the boost pressure should be enough to protect the cooler by venting the back fire pressure
