    Default trans brake

    Hey guys.
for what I know about trans brakes is that they hold 1st and reverse gear together so u can build revs and boost then when u release the button it drops reverse and launches. Which is all good and fun, I just wanted to know if this is the kind of thing that will destroy a gear box.
I know it will really stress the diff and everything els but just wondering on the gear box because I’m thinking of building a vl turbo wagon and I want it for strip and street use

Any, info or sharing experiences would b great
    Thanks guys
