Where to do Car Project?

Hi Guys,

I'm thinking of doing a Minor Car project, but I have no shed or garage to do it in. Having any type of temporary shed or container at my place is out of the question - i'm basically in an apartment.

So does anyone know the best place to rent a garage/shed/factory space? I can get tools for the job, just not the location.

Any ideas around Melbourne South would be great.
