Rim skins???

Now whats everyones opinions on them?
I have some shadow chrome grange wheels, one getting completely resprayed.
I want to protect them as much as possible from gutter scratches, and also cover up some of the gutter scrapes now.

Do they look stupid though? or are they not notcieable? blend in?

are the skins clear in colour?

If anyone has any pics of them on there own wheels i would love to see them

Not a bad idea, if you could get coloured ones it would give the impression that your tyres have been white walled to some degree.

hmmm.. they don't look stupid at all. As a matter of a fact, you can't even tell they are there.

Im thinking the same thng, you cant evn notice them!
will definetly invest in a set or maybe two in the future, im suprised no forum members seem to have them.

ive been thinking and i wanna get a set of skins and give them a coat of plastic primer, then a light coat of silver. this way they will match better with my shadow chrome wheels and not look so out of place.

whats everyones opinion on this?

I was thinking primer/paint or vinyl die.

Are the skins rubber?
