i have a manual vu ute and was wondering if i could beat or get close to the new sv6s with a full exhaust including cats and headers, mace CAI, throttle body, roller rockers and a manifold and plenum spacer? if not what else would u recommend?

yes you should, my auto vs with all them mods you listed plus a tune to suit, i flogged my mates new auto ve sv6 by a few car lengths

hmmm aren't they like 152 kw....if you think you can gain anther 60kw from that work then maybe..... but you're gone when we get the tune available lol

They are a shitload lighter than ve's and don't hold your breath about being able to get a tune, from memory they still can't tune late 2008 ve's

mines prob only making like 160 or something prob less, but the power to weight ratio is bad for the ve v6 so he lost majorly lol (his was non sidi btw)

yeah well for the v6s anyway, my cousin has the v8 in manual and man it hauls!

bought new VE SV6 it is now the girlfriends car u wanna beat one get a VR with a tune, CAI, exhuast and a set of Wade cams and then the SV6 is toast - its under power and 1/2 ton heavier
