Peoples thoughts on double redwalls??

Thinking of going redwalls. but having the usual redwalls with a thinner redwall above it. any thoughts peoples??? cheers Jarrod

personally I hate whitewalls, redwalls etc.
unless you have a FJ Holden or something old like that

There was a thread either on here or the LS1 Holden site where a guy had a blow out due to having Red/White walls done, they had ground the side wall of the tyre to apply the colour and had weakened the side wall. I will have a search and see if I can find the thread. The safety issue is some thing to think about.

That wont deter anyone. I always post pics of the fake HSV rims that fail (and the other ones i cant remember) yet people are still happy to buy them and risk it.


For the record, not a fan of coloured walls, i hate flavour of the month trends, i prefer to set them

Go two different colours if your going to do it..

2 red walls would look like too much red :S.

had a read of that forum. looks messy.. a few mates of mine have them done. have had them for a while now. and have had no problems. so will be going threw the same business if i do get them.. thanks for the link and thoughts. and it will be double redwalls. one 1 cm and the top 5 mm..
