Default Took a chunk out of by rear bumper - any fixes?

Tried to remove a 200kg Bhudda from the rear of my Sportwagon with the missus (don't ask ). Got it out but in doing so I have managed to scuff the rear bumper and have also taken a chunk out of the paint.

The scuffs shouldn't be too much of a problem as they are visible but I cannot feel them with my finger, I expect I can buff them out pretty easily.

The chunk however is not going to buff Its not huge but it has taken a flake of paint out and is showing the black plastic underneath. Anyone know what can be done about this? Can I get some touch up paint and fill it in and polish it up?

    Car is Voodoo metalic blue.

    Cheers.

pics would help. Holden sell touch up paint in little bottles similar to finger nail paint.
