    Default speeding in school zones.

i was in my mates car yesterday when we were driving through a school zone. it had just hit 2.30 when the 40kmph limit starts.

anyway as we saw the lollipop man, mate looked at his speedo and realised he was doin about 50 or 55.

we looked behind and saw the bloke writing down his plate details. (we think)

Hes been stressing ever since coz he doesnt want a fine or lose his lisence coz he has like 2 points or something.

    ANYWAYS

Just wondering what kind of powers these lollipop men and women have? it says on their vests "wa police"
    so...
Can they report you to police? and do they have any evidence? eg can they prove you were over the limit? cheers.

    in wa btw

and no it wasnt me driving

Speeding... in a f'ing school zone??

    Really?

If he doesn't want a fine... tell him to NOT BREAK THE ROAD Rules.

Pretty simple if you ask me.

Only advice I have for your mate is to tell him to pull his head out of it arse and stop being a dick.

And I can't imagine it was an 'accident'. Keeping a constant and legal speed is not exactly a rubix cube.
