    Default is upgrading cam worth it?

    hey guys came across this on ebay and was wondering if its worth it??
    its for a efi 202 vk
    Crow Megatork Hydraulic 6CYL Cams HOLDEN 149 - 202 - eBay Engine Parts, Engines, Components, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 11-Jul-10 12:33:01 AEST)

    if so what are the benifits of it
    and what one should i get because its got a whole list and i have no clue?
