G'day ladies and gents, in the thinking process of selling the VE SS ute for a more practical but older clubby. Having driving neither and not seeing many interesting locally just getting opinions on what the difference between the VZ's and VY's drivability wise (manual). Havnt driven neither but hearing alot about the LS1's lack of low down torque is this really a big issue? enough to persuade me into a 6.0L VZ? is it worth the extra moola to buy the 6.0 then to modify the LS1 a bit as i have seen both for around the same price?

I havnt been able to find a post regarding this issue however if there is one feel free to post the link would be greatly appreciated.
