Default Recommendations for a workshop to install cams and ECU remap

Hi (and apologies if this has been asked before), but does anyone have a recommendation for a reliable workshop for a cam upgrade and ECU remap for a MY10 SSV G8, and at a reasonable price? What should I realistically expect to pay for this work? And is it worth putting in an OTR cold air induction as opposed to a pod style cold air induction at the same time? Also, suggestions for a brand of cam? Thanks.
