Holden Dealerships

hey,
Has anyone had any experiences with Muirs Holden on Parramatta Rd Auburn in Sydney ?????
I bought my Maloo from steve at Mcgrath in liverpool and he was unreal... service follow up etc was impeccable, wish I could say the same for Muirs, and experiences anyone has had Id like to hear about before making formalised complaint, you might laugh but a practicaly brand new car (14,000klms) came with only one key and the list of F%$K ups doesnt even begin to start there ???

i don't live too far from there but barely know they exist. Spose they don't have much of a name. There are plenty of horror stories on here about holden dealers just ask tinsnips.
My first question would be why would anyone sell a car after driving it only 14000 k's ? probably because it has a lot of issues and they want to get rid of it.
And was it advertised as having only 1 key ? My car came with 3 keys which is equally strange ....
