My mate just brought an El falcon just currently in the process of cleaning it up, doing a few mods like lowering, speakers and headunit etc
I Suggested to him that we remove the weather/trolley strips?
Problem is does anyone know if there glued on/ screwed on or glued on?
I've never seen one without them personally.
And yes i searched the ford forums (but if know one knows ill sign up and ask) :P
And I currently don't have access to the car so I cant remove the door trims and check for bolts/screws etc.
No Ford jokes either I'm obviously a Holden man :P
If I remember right, I think they are glued on. Should come off teh same way you do a holden. slowly and carefully.....
I believe they might be stuck on with double sided tape. Alot of the Ford guys seem to be able to remove them without much fuss compared to the Commodores..
Here's a pic of an ef (same difference) without any side moulds, for reference.

As above. They're glued on so the same removal process as a commodore applies.
