i had no problems with the e21 being blue over grey, as long as the predominant colour is what its registered as.

I wouldnt think it would matter un less you do a full colour change than you have to change it over at the rta.

but seriously, it was because when he wanted to paint the bonnet he asked what colour they wanted.
in sarcasm they said Argyle (spelling?).
he called their bluff =P

but as said above. i would say as long as it is predominately the colour it is registered in.
however ring up Vicroads. or maybe go in and see them (dont email. im waiting 9 months? later for a reply =P )
or maybe go in to the police station, as they would probably also know.
