Hi i have a V6 Vn with an ecotec. It currently has standard extractors and a custom CAI (thinking about maybe twin throttles???)

People have told me to use extra rockers but it might make it too grumpy to drive to work?

Rockers won't a cam upgrade will.

There was a write up in a commodore budget build magazine where they put a twin throttle body on an ecotec that had extractors/zorst and hi lift rockers and gained 5kw.
From personal experience, if you already have extractors and CIA, get some diff gears and a decent tune if you want real budget mods that you can feel in the seat.

Rockers shouldn't affect idle. I've got 1.9's, revs out nicely.
