    Default Repairing Dents

I have a couple of minor dents above my fuel cap, like you can't hardly feel them. Now since the kids next door must have hit my car's roof with a ball or something :b: now is another little dent in which you can't feel at all.
I am wondering roughly how much it will cost to get them removed/repaired.
I have seen this guy drive around with signage on his car saying Paintless Dent Removals, it goes on saying hail damage, etc etc.
I wonder how they can fix dents without bogging or something to that effect. Can they just roll the dent back out to a flat surface again?
    Yours Kindly,
    Jim

It will cost over $1000.00 to paint the roof, both front and rear windows have to come out so the paint is removed from under the seals and the spraying has to go right under the window edge otherwise the paint will peel off.

Except my excess is about that. But but been reading up on paintless dent removal.
The dents they can fix is unbelievable. My brother works at a dealership who they have a mobile panel beater who touches up their used cars. He specialises in paintless dent removal. I am having my fingers crossed that he can do it this way otherwise it's like you said. The thing that p**ses me off is that I can't prove it was the kids next door. I heard the bang but they ran inside the house by time I got around to the front of the house. Othewise I would be hitting their parents up for the bill. You can hardly see the dent. Looking from front of car in daylight you can't see it. You really have to go up to side of car and look at in a certian angle.

I hope it works out cheap for you I know what it is like when these things happen, I was parked at the Supermarket by a concrete fence and some kids decided to rest there feet on my roof, I reported it to the Police as criminal damage and submitted it to my Insurance, but I always had trouble with leaky windows so I bought a new car and that was the end of it.

i have a dent on the boot of my vl its hardly noticable but I know its there even if others dont which frustrates me, im taking it off the road for a while to fix it all up and a respray, would it cost much to get the dent out or would it be cheaper to try and find a good boot from a wreckers? it dosnt matter about paintless dent removal because of the respray

    cheers

I was watching my panel beater do it.. Well one method of dent removal.. First they sand the area back to the metal.. They then weld the tip of little needle to the dent and pull it out.. You can hear this POP when they do it..

They keep repeating the process and make it smooth by using a circular wire sander that fits on the end of a drill..

After that they just spray it like normal..
