Anyone know much about the BW 5 speed attatched to the black 202? Is it reasonably tough for a mild six or should I start shopping for a Celica 5 speed?

Thats the M76, dont think its all that strong. Maybe shop around for a T5 instead?

But the old black 3.3L engines are not exactly powerplants either so unless you're getting serious, dont worry about it.

I had a five speed behind my vk 202carby and it was crap. needed a rebuild within 6 months of getting the car. Not strong enough, id look at other options.
