    Default Spraying Certain Parts

I'm very highly considering getting my door handles/Side Mirrors colour coded to the car. Does anyone know how much it costs to get done at like Sheens or something? Rough amount?

I just got my mirrors and door handles colour coded, looks waaaaaay better, Im guessing ur not willing to give it a shot urself?
I would just do it myself, but im sure it wouldnt cost much for someone to do it if its just a cash job or u know someone. Just ask around at some spray joints or whateva

could probably just do the side mirrors yourself with touchup spray cans. i painted the sides of mine, and the front and rear skirts using that stuff and it turned out pretty good

They're only little things, why not do them yourself? It's pretty easy to paint those sorta things, and much easier and cheaper than getting professionals to do it.

And like Stocky said, just use touch up cans. Because it's only little things you wanna do, you don't need to worry bout compressers, spray guns etc.

    EDIT: Posted by Manda.

I would do it myself.. However, I'm only game enough to do interior parts (dash, and surrounds), whereas I want it looking 110% schmick on the mirrors/door handles. Also when I get it done, I want to get the keyholes removed from front doors, as I don't need or use the keys itself to get into the car.

on the slight chance that the battery in your key goes flat, i really wouldnt recomend removing keyholes

If you want to get rid of the locks you just need to swap the front handle surrounds for a pair of rear handle surrounds (if it's the same setup as a VN). I don't know if it is legal but can't really see a problem with it - after all if the front doors are locked, you can't get in from the outside without a key even if you still have the locks there.

looking at an alarm system. covered.

No, it wouldn't make a major difference in cosmetics, but my drivers door keyhole has been attacked twice now, and passengers, once. without keyholes there, they won't attack it.

bout $80 per mirror, door handles maybe $100-200.. its the mixing of a small amount of paint thats the killer.. might as well see if u cant get the left over paint for touch ups..

You'd be better off buying the paint yourself. You'd only need 300ml or even less to do those few things, so the paint would cost you around $40, depending on the type of paint that is to be used.
