    try www.comeracing.com

I stroked my ecotec from COME, I went all out on the engine because I want to supercharge it later on
Ring or email Sam, he was very helpful with me choosing what kind of stroker that I wanted

with c.o.m.e. located in melb you could probably even drop off your car for them to do and save on freight costs sending them your engine to re-build.
id imagine they would do everything for you, ie. remove, re-build, then install your engine so it would be pretty much drive in drive away.

a mechanic will probably charge you $1000 for taking out the engine and putting it back in. While spending all this money you better replace the knock/oxygen sensors, all the pulleys, new radiator

It takes COME about 2 weeks to strip your engine and build it again so I hope you have another car to use

btw whats the details on the stroker did he give to you?

would C.O.M.E be able to hook that stuff up for me at an obvious extra charge? or cant they be assed doing all that shiz?

nah they dont do that work, they basicaly expect the engine there in a crate. So you or your mechanic have to send it to them.

thats pretty gay, i would have assumed c.o.m.e could do it all for you, lazy bastards.
basically what you need then is your mechanic to remove your engine and send it to c.o.m.e. (which then means your car will be sitting around his workshop for 2-3 weeks)
then when c.o.m.e have finished they'll freight it back, and your mechanic will need to put everything back in. id budget $2k for your mechanic, just to be safe, plus you'd likely replace alot of old gear too - sensors, pulleys, belts, and what ever else is unconvered to need replacing ontop of the labour charges.
im not aware that c.o.m.e organise/pay for freight TO THEM, but i do know for sure return freight is included in the engine build cost. i didnt sent my engine to them, so i dont know, i just bought a short block off them outright.
maniac will know for sure what they do though freight wise and everything, he did the whole hog.

But the freight wouldnt cost much anyway as you are both from Melbourne. Just get a courier, it should cost at least $100
I remember getting my VL up here from Adelaide which only cost me $700

If i could just put my two cents in i wouldnt buy a come engine these days, theyve been resting on thier laurels now that they've made it. Ive had to send cranks back due to problems.
If your after high quality machine work/stroking etc i'd go for Auscrank.
