As the title says, how does an engine crane attach to a motor to lift it out of the bay?
Second question, where can i buy a pully to attach to the girders in my garage so I can winch the motor out. (the guy who lived here before did it this way to remove his truck engines so i know it can take the weight)
usually engines have a couple of places to hoom a chain upto.vn v6's have one on the back of the driver side head and one on the front exhaust port on the other head. i usually use chain and D's
the bloke might have used an endless chain
any industrial tools supply place should be able to provide what your looking for, try blackwoods, i got one there for work once i think a long time ago. they work well
