Problem -S/Charged V6 Cold Start wont idle

Have a small problem with my VX S/Charged. When cold started it keeps stalling unless I blip the throttle to about 1500rpm for about 90 secs, then all of a sudden the revs increase to 2000rpm, at which point it will idle OK. No fault codes & no other bugs . I replaced the IAC valve but still wont idle cold???? Any ideas??????

Reset the TPS, disconnect the battery for 1 minute, reconnect, start car and hold revs at 2000rpm for about 20 seconds. Give that a try.

It sounds like its running retarded ignition during this cold start fault period because the throttle response is not as quik as it is when it corrects itself after the 90 secs- VERY mysterious , especially when its not recording any fault codes .........
