I've just converted my vh from salisbury to borg warner. While attempting to change the rear half of my tailshaft over, the bolt holes on both shafts were different. So I thought just changing the center bearing over would solve that problem. Wrong, the splines on the front shaft are different. Can I pop the centre bearings out of the velocity joint and swap them over or is there another way around this. This conversion has been done many times, so somebody must of run into this problem before.
I did the same thing with my 202 VH SL/E. I just used a tail shaft from the EFI VKs as they had the same box and the borg diff. You could do the same thing maybe just renew the bearings.
Yeah I don't think I can do that because I'm running an injected 5 litre, supra 5 speed
