Lowering Of My Clubby

Hi,
I have lowered my VX Clubsport and put 19 inch deep dish SSW Mags with 245x35 ZR tyres on my car. The problem I have is that the rear tyres rub and I was wondering if anyone out their has turned up the lip on the inside of the wheel arches. I have been told that it can crack your paintwork if not done correctly. Can anyone please give me some advise on where to go to get it done professionally. I would hate to take it some where and not have the job done properly. I have solved the problem by installing Poly Air bags in the rear springs and can pump them up when I put a load in the boot of the car. But I would also Like to turn up the lips if I could. I live in Melbourne

any tyre place tyrepower, bob j etc can do it, not the most difficult job in the world. Where are you located?
