Default help with an auto VS

hey guys well i have an auto vs executive series 2 preaty common to see the auto.
well what i was wondering was. the trans has the 1,2,3,d,n,r etc right? when u move the stick from 1 to second the gearstick clicks from that little lock thing that doesent alow it to be pushed down or moved right. if u try and go from the 2nd gear to the first u have to hold the buttom to let it click down. what i was wondering is if u can make it so it doesent click and so u can freely move it between the 3 gears? kind of like a tiptronic pushing it up and down etc?

i believe that would be a safety feature stopping the selector being jammed back into a lower gear by accident. Maybe better to just let it be. Its an auto so you only really need D.
no longer a hoon by association - the commodore is gone

Yeah, dude, if you remove the click-o, you WILL find first at 80kph one day

The design of the teeth in the shifter don't allow for it anyway If you're that keen for a triptonic style shift, get yourself a good stage 3 shift kit, and a B&M ratchet shifter.

LOL 80kph, that would really shorten the life of the engine and any other components directly affected. I was told to not go beyond 20kph in 1st gear let alone trying to do 40kph which could really do some damage.
