VQ Statesman Bonnet

I have just picked up a one owner 5ltr VQ statesman
but the bonnet is damaged (Roo)
question does a std VN bonnet fit and does the Statesman grill bolt onto the VN bonnet?

standard vn bonnet doesnt have the bolts for the grill

sumtimes u see them on ebay with the grille attatched.
i've got 2 at my place, one for my ute and 1 spare just in case anything happens to my ute.
