modified veh rego in qld help for newbie please

ok so i have a 1979 vb wagon , it was originally a 2.8 4 speed
i have a 308 & auto to replace the 6
disk brake diff to replace the drum
vl turbo brakes & 1 inch master
lowerd pedders "50mm" springs
30mm & 22mm selby sway bars
simmons 15 x 8's
straight lpg gas system
racing seats " cheapos from autobahn" but there reclinable
momo steering wheel
Can any1 please explain how this mod plate system works & how i go about registering this car , i am located sunshine coast
lpg will need to be inspected & moded
aswell as engine change
any help would be appreciated
