    Default turb buick v6

    Hey guys,
im part the way through building myself up somethin different and was just wondering...
Who has built a buick v6 turbo in Australia, or more WA? Im just tring to figure out wat has been done and wat hasnt because im trying to make my baby stand out from the crowd. Im pretty sure it will when its done, but who
has already done it and to what extent is the work they have done on it
    ie
    fuel system
    trans
    turb set up in general?
any details on what has been heard of would make mt day
    cheers
    Stevo

you could also have a look at that other commodore site. there is a turbo V6 wagon running 11.76@117mph on there. stock internals. they have a whole section dedicated to FI.

there are front mount and side mount turbos. intercooled etc. what it comes down to in the end however is the tune. a good tune will see it run reliably for years. a crap tune and it'll die quickly.

something unique would be a twin turbo setup on a V6. thats something i haven't really seen yet

What about a Twin supercharger setup?, tomorrow i am going to see a guy about buying the setup, not to run the twin setup myself only one, its a SC-14 setup and he got a normal CRS kit and it has been intercooled with piping and everything thats what i have been told so i will check it out and see if its legit or not lol, i'll see if i can take some photos and post them up, its either going to look real good or look real crap and a real bad home job lol.

have seen it before in other models using a buick engine. cant imagine how insanely loud it would be and how quickly a cop would pull you over for it. how is it setup exactly, and how much is he selling it for?

Ok i went to the place and checked it out, i will get pictures up as soon as i can, some bits and missing, its not intercoolded its on a VP commodore, CRS Kit on 1 side hooked up the normal way, the other supercharger is on the other side of engine, its upside down with an extended pully about an inch or so, and a seperate belt hooked up to the harmonic balancer so the balancer has 2 pully grooves in it, and the outlet manifold on the other 1 is going over the motor and hooks up to the other CRS outlet to the throttle body both standard pullys it would run 7-8psi abd its not intercooled no computer chip, no bigger injectors, it has a malpassi high rising fuel reg tho he wanted 2G with everything and the VP manual motor, that has done a rod or sumfin, but i getting the complete motor and everything for 1500, comes with BOVs and everything so yeah gonna make the other 1 into a kit and put it on ebay and get the right prise and strip the motor.

Ok here is the set-up, still missing somethings but they are in the car, never seen a set-up like this didnt think any1 in mildura would have something like this, but yeah i'll make the brackets up 4 the other 1 and make it into a kit put it on ebay or on here if i get the right price, she has been sitting for awhile lol, superchargers spin freely and seem to be in good nic, the clutch pully is hooked up to a micro switch and the throttle body so when it is idling the chargers are off and when you drive and have throttle the chargers kick in.

and probably completely undrivable and way too loud. intercooling one with a smaller pulley is enough to break traction easily.

do i see a water injection setup?

i don't see why, the gemini with the twin chargers wasn't intercooled but it had really small pullies on each charger.
