Intercooler rules?

does any one know the rules for mounting an intercooler?
are you allould to cut bumper reinforment bumper etc
is the cooler able to stick out bottom etc

no dont cut the reinforcment bar. you shouldnt have to to fit a cooler in there unless the cooler huge.
