I just found out i need spend $2000 on my 97 VS, i dont particulaly want to spend to much on fixing itas i have already spent about $3000 & only bought it about a year ago for $3800, would i be best to sell it for $2000-$3000 or sell parts to buy a better car??

Shocks Front & back, Sway bar buhes, Upper bushes, Radius bushes, Engine mounts, lower bushes, lateral arm got quoted about $2148 from pedders.

yea they did, & yes im going 2 try & get a second opinion from somewhere else, not sure where but yeah.

lol man those **** will keep goin they always tell u and use and abuse especially young girls like urself who dont know much about cars "assumption" lol shocks and bushes id be only worried about everything else will last

thats good to hear, then how much would i expect to pay to get shocks & suspension done including labour?? if any1 has experience with this sorta work like if they had similar done

I bought all the parts from an auto joint and paid a mechanic to put them in while i worked and it only cost me like $600 all up.
Ask around.

If they gave you a list, take it to heaps of mechanics and get quotes.
