Default wat type of car do you prefer?

how would you like your car to look??

at the moment we have a VZ SS.. i have previously owned a 180 which has a normal kit just dumped with tint and rims..

I like the basic look which is dumped, tint and rims whereas my husband likes the whole kit...

i've always wanted to take the spoiler off the VZ and just dump it but husband wnt let me...

how do you think the VZ looks dumped without a spoiler?

his arguement is that its the standard SS look that he likes... but spoilers jsut drive me nuts

yeh they do look good with out and dumped, but i like the spoiler on the ss, i have a vy ss and though bout taking the spoiler off, but i'll leave it, i like the look adds to the whole car being an ss, even though i have aftermarket rims, but adds to the kit.

hmmmm if u just go the speed limit all the time u don't really need the spoiler but on most of my cars the rear spoiler ends up down to primmer from the air passing it so they must do something well at high speeds anyway and thats why they are there isn't it ! especially on my s13 that i had it ended up white havn't had my commodore that long yet but can tell its starting to happen after 2.5 years ( had my s13 for 7 years though ) so plenty of time to wear the paint down with fresh air

I personally prefer a car without a spoiler. There are very few rear wings I have ever liked - I'm more a fan of boot lips, rather than full on spoilers.

For spoilers, on the VY onwards I'd prefer one, VT looks S**T with one, as for my model, I've had a car with and without spoiler and I don't have a fuss which one, both ways look alright, but as said, it also depends on the spolier

If that is the case, how come my bonnet, bumper or roof isn't down to primer?

Because your bonnet, bumper and roof are painted properly unlike a spoiler which is never properly prepared otherwise it will not match the paint on the vehicle. Hence forth...crap paint, crap finish...it comes off. With "air flow" ROFLMAO

I had a VY with a clubby bodykit inc the spolier, it drove me nuts, you cant see anything out the back window cus the thing is so big! Reverse parking... a bitch, reversing over someone trying to reverse park... a bitch. Everytime i went backwards it ended up a bitch.

I like external look of a spolier, but from the inside i find them inpractical.
