Sprintex Auto Rotar

Hey everyone,

My mate is offering to rebuild a Sprintex Auto Rotar supercharger rated at 450hp, and sell it to me for $350 plus he said we can work something out as it owes him $150 and will cost $200 to rebuild, thats a nice deal, of course there is the plus but thats fair.

Anyway, does anyone know anything about these chargers, I havn't seen it, I wont be able to see it for a while yet and before I give him a green light on the deal i'd like to know if I will need a matching inlet manifold and such?

I know I will need Injectors, fuel pump and a tune at the very absolute least, I was mainly hoping someone new anything about them as google didn't yield allot and I like to do my homework.

ok so I finally got info on my charger.

Its an Auto Rotor 3150 IMPORTED by Sprintex, haha no wonder I couldn't find anything on it :P

Its a twin screw, it can be mounted directly onto the inlet manifold apparantly but would work best if mounted to the side, and intercooled.

I think it is meant for busses and larger engines. :P
