Holmart braided brake lines - are they ADR approved?

As the title suggests... are the braided lines sold by Holmart (eg VR-VS BRAIDED BRAKE ADAPTOR HOSE, SOLD AS A SET (2)) ADR approved?

Because they are not available until 12 January.

All braided hoses are ADR compliant as long as they have swayged (spelling?) fittings.
The ones that are squashed around the hose in the same way as the rubber hoses.
NO screwed fittings on either rubber or braided hoses.

I finally heard back from Holmart via email. He didn't specifically say they were ADR compliant, but they do not provide a certificate of compliance. Whether not you strictly need one, I'm not sure, but I've sourced some from Hightek Brakes for the same price that do provide a certificate, so figured may as well go with them.
