Possible Vs Mods

Hey gang first time on the forum so ide thought i would ask a few questions.

Ive got a 97 s2 Vs commodore (ex cop) that i want to mod a bit.

I know u cant set a budget up when u mod a car, simply because anything can go wrong and anything might need replacing... but still i wouldnt really wana spend more then 5000 on mods and tunning alltogether.

I was thinking about low boost turbo or sc but now im debating if it would be cheaper to swap the stock v6 with a v6 SC model (if i can find one)

other mods i was looking at was

CAI
Exhaust
Extractors
Chip

any ways yea post any mods that you think are worth while and increase Kw Significantly. thanks

hey good on ya for buying a real car! haha the mods you have listed sound like it would make an awesome ride! depending on how mechanically minded you are you may be able to turbo it and do the other mods for a little over 5g... if you do it yourself! good luck with it!

ah im not too mechanicly minded... i know what im looking at but moving from carbs to EFI makes it annoying...

just chuck a supercharged engine in it. it can be done for less then 5000 and u can chuck on a smaller pully and some rockers and your set.
