Stage 2 vs Stage 3 shiftkit

Just a quick inquiry.
Running a stage 2 shiftkit compared to a fully manualised stage 3 shiftkit would the stage 2 shiftkit be quicker off the marks then a stage 3, i would assume so.
Being that stage 3 you have to go through the gears.
Anyone got a stage 2 or stage 3 who can validate or debunk the inquiry?

i would think that the stage 2 would be quicker as with stage 3 you have to go threw the gears, but stage to wouldnt be much quicker...

i got a stage 2 shift kit in my car and the gear chnge from 1st to 2nd is pretty firm

I don't think there would be any difference at all, as long as you knew exactly when to shift when using a stage 3.

Alot of the time the auto can shift ebfore its meant to, like in my car, so the only way to get peak performace is to manually change gears. I do this at the drags, only have a stage 1 shift kit. I say, if your serious then you will shift it manually if it has a stage 0,1,2,3 kit in it. Its okay to shift up gears but not too good going down gears. Its about weather you want to drive a clutchless manual arround town or be a lazy jew.
