wouls you swap V8 for turbo???

hey guys what would you do?
i've been offered to swap my 1991 VP Calais V8 for a VL wagon factory turbo with a 5 speed
i dont even have a clue what the VL turbo wagon would be worth.

theres a vl turbo wagon (red) for sale on another forum and hes asking $5500 for it theres a roundabout figure, i believe only 50 were made or something?

I would swap my turbo for an 8 if i owned one, but i wouldn't trade my 8 for a turbo.

give it a test drive and see how it compares to your v8 . as social said id heard there pritty rare..

They're rare, but they're still slow in stock form. A VL Turbo only gets up and goes once you spend the money on it

Kinda like anything with a 2JZ. Good engine, but slow without more boost

Who's to say the wagon is factory with turbo? Could just be a conversion....

the kid claims it's a factory turbo but it could have been converted before he got it and same goes for the 5 speed could have been an factory auto.

I reckon im keeping the Calais thakns guys
