seeking a rebuild with high performance

Hi all, i want to have my 304 rebuilt. I want shaved and polished heads, cam ,etc.
What would i be looking at?? Price?, power???.

I am in Keilor and want someone in melb to do it for me very soon. Any help or idead will be considered. Thanks

8K. thats what ive got to spend. rebuild , make things better. what kind of top torque figures can i pull out of a 304??
