Hmmm, chassis #25 was totally destroyed in 2000 so either one hell of a rebuild excercise or someone has their chassis numbers wrong

Its a RACE car, it only drives on tracks, it can't be registered (it doesn't even have a vin number, the race cars are bought as shells)
