Rim Repairs! Help me!

Hi everyone. tonight i had a altercation with a gutter...yeah. my rear rim hit a gutter and put a nice 10cm gutter rash on the lip! Grrrr! does anyone know where to get it fixed in country victoria or melbourne? at what cost? please help me any advice would be helpful.

Please...i hate looking at the rash.
