vt clubbie 5l wont start

hey guys,
my vt ran fine yesterday but was sluggish, I stop it then went to start it she wouldnt start it turns over and starts then dies strait away checked spark fuel all good i rang racv they said it can be the key needs to go to a holden dealership but my immobiliser light isnt flash any thoughts. i done a self Diagnostic nothing came up 12 3 times car did run out of fuel and i fillied it up can it be air in the fuel rail or dirty fuel filter cheers

My bet its the fuel pump.Run them low or out of fuel and they will die.
