V6 3.8 head bolts sequence

hey.
what is the head bolt sequence for the v6 3.8litres (vn s2) and what is the torque setting for tightening up. I had it written down somewhere but can't find it.

Not owning a VN I can only think that it would be of the same procedure as the VYs.

I would also like to add that it is recommend to install new head bolts as any/all could be stretched and could create issues in the future ie blown head gasket.
