Default What do you think of what I did today?

I HAVE CHANGED THE CAR SINCE, SO NOW ON PAGE 2, POST #36 HAS UPDATED PHOTOS, COMMENT ON THEM PLEASE

Just wanted to get some opinions on what people think of this.

Any comments welcome , except any that say about the dicky-ness of the colours not matching, I know it leaves a bit to be desired in that area. They should match HID's when I finally get my new headlights and are able to purchase them.

    Cheers

To be honest it looks horrible just horrible. I would be removing them and setting fire to them but each to their own I suppose.

I mean if I were to to anything of that sort on your car I would at least go all the way around the edges, it looks as tho you ran out of led strips or whatever you used. If you don't want all that much leds just do the actual fog light rim would look better.

I dont mind them... butttttt... personally, I reckon they would look better along the bottom of the lights... like... around the outside of the lights but just the bottom... if that makes sense lol

    good idea though

I think they could look better if they didn't just kinda stop in the middle of nowhere, but I can't see from looking at it where they would suit.
Still a little ricey, but at least you are trying to do something different from everyone else

EDIT: Is the bottom of your bumper painted hothouse?

    true that, they look wicked!

i bet they would look great at night but not to appealing at day.
i rekon interprete them in with the lights somehow or maybe even in the grille some where, that could look good

Wow, not a great response ay lol. Actually, I was originally going to do what some of you have said, putting them under the headlights. But I went this way cuz I haven't seen anything like it before... I don't know that they're as bad as some of you have said, but I did ask for your opinion so that's cool. I will probably change them to under the headlights then.

Thanks for the criticism I guess.

Oh and in reply to what someone asked, it took like a couple of hours. I took the front bumper off to make it easier to run the wires through. I wasted time hooking it up to the wrong wire in the headlights too, so I had to change all that.

Geez dude great effort on the photoshop there. That's a fair decent indication of what it would look like.

As per everyones request, I will change the lights to be just like Trayner has kindly photoshopped up. Not sure when I'll have time to do that though, maybe Sunday..

haha, there are bigger things in life to worry about than what people think of lights on your car :P. If I had taken 2 days to do it then maybe I'd feel disheartened, but it took bugger all time, and won't be very hard to change .
