    Default platic (polyutherane) moulding??

    does anyone know any places in sydeny that do plastic mouldings?? i think panel beaters do fiberglass so im looking for plastic.

    i have a fiberglass kit and wanting to get it moulded into a plastic kit, would hrt or hsv do that??

    my work make mould for rotormoulding for us to design and make your mould you will have to pay between 10 and 30 grand depending on difficulty and time involved.

    So if your interested pm me remember youy can make 100 000 bumpers out of one muould so youll make your money back one day

    haha i don't want to make a bumper from scratch i already have the bumper but in fiberglass just want it in plastic. haha 10-30 grand i can buy a new car for that

    LOl now you understand why aftermarket kits a fibreglass because it cost to much to make plastic moulds you wont be able to make a plastic bumper from a fibreglass bar without making a mould

    lol i know u gota make a mould but its not from scratch so it shouldnt be as expensive as getting some to design a mould from nothing kinda thing.

    moulds are made of metal they need to be cad designed itll be easier to copy a bar yes but you still need to cad them and then you can laser cut all the metal for the mould saves more time and money in the long run

    i made an enquiry at a plastic injection place and the guy said itd cost thousands to just get the mould and it wouldnt be worth it . so yeh ahah u were right :P.
