middys electrical wholesalers, lear and smith, turks, any electrical wholesaler will be able to get them, and they will have tho tool for it to..
for the tool you use... u put the tie in it and pump it like a pop rivert gun and it gets tighter and cuts the tie off for you also..
just went to middys, they didn't seem to know about these SS ties or about a tool that could tighten them

really, i know this for sure as im an electrician and we work with them lol, try another electrical wholesaler
went around looking today, went to about 6 wholesalers not one had any or knew of a tool that could tighten them. One place i called said they had them in stock but only sold them but the 100's, ill just get em off ebay. Can anyone send me a link to the tool so i can purchase or evan what its called.

Does anyone know where to get the SS tie tool im desperate, or evan what its called>?

we get ours from m and m(haymans) or locally (bris) g.w fastners or blackwoods. never used a tool to tighten ,work to tight to buy a gun! grab the tail with sidecutters at clamp and stick medium flatblade screw driver between clamp and cutters and twist.repeat until desired tightness is achieved!!!!!!!!!!!! or you could buy stainless steel lok wire and wrap them in that?
