I knew there was some kind of tool or procedure. I cant get them tight enough they hold it in place but still spin around the pipe.

What tool are you talking about?

middys electrical wholesalers, lear and smith, turks, any electrical wholesaler will be able to get them, and they will have tho tool for it to..

for the tool you use... u put the tie in it and pump it like a pop rivert gun and it gets tighter and cuts the tie off for you also..

we get ours from m and m(haymans) or locally (bris) g.w fastners or blackwoods. never used a tool to tighten ,work to tight to buy a gun! grab the tail with sidecutters at clamp and stick medium flatblade screw driver between clamp and cutters and twist.repeat until desired tightness is achieved!!!!!!!!!!!! or you could buy stainless steel lok wire and wrap them in that?
