plugging boot

ok removing spoiler from vz lumina..
it leaves 2 small holes on the left and 2 small ones + a slightly bigger one on the right.

i dont want to respray my boot... does anyone know where i would get some plugs that i can simply paint and chuck in there??

The is a DIY here somewhere on removing a rear wiper on a wagon. You might be able to use the same method to cover the hole.
