Fitting Quarter Glass?HELP

i dont know how to fit it anyone done it before? i cant seem to make it fit because you need both sides to fit in at the same time..and the surround seems abit big then the opening..
Its the rear left door on a VP berlina..Help help lol
it got smashed in got the replacement..but cant seem to =/ ugh..

help installing a small glass door window

Search is your friend.

How ever, not that hard to do.
Remove door trim, wind window down and pull inner rubber down from rear corner.

You will find a screw in the top of the rear runner, remove screw then find and remove 10mm bolts lower down the runner.

Pull runner forward and you will now have enough room to remove old window and fit new one. Silicon spray will help.

Install in opposite way.

When trim is off make sure to vacuum glass out of door.
