    Default mod advice

hey was planning on gettin extractors and a high flow cat installed. ive heard from some people that its not worth gettin a high flow cat on a n/a ecotec whilst others have told me it is very worthwhile i was wondering if i could get some peoples opinions? also im not much of a car buff when it comes to the motor side of things so if i replaced the stock air panel with a k&n air filter is it possible to put the stock one bak in at a later date if i decide to put it in a new car?

extractors, yes, high flow cat, not for that car and K&N's flow heaps better than standard. Very east to take out and keep.

If you are going to do any mod that affect air flow, fuel, exhaust and stuff like that, do it all first then get a good service and tune, not just an oil change, it certainly has never been bad for a car. It wont kill the car if its not tunes straight away.

if the car is new to you, do it anyway, that way you know it running good plugs, leads, oil, new filters, brakes and the autos all good.
