engine rebuilding

ok im looking at a 5l that has done 270 000ks but its had new bearings n gaskets n piston rings was wondering if it would be ok with all that new stuff in there.

what other stuff would need to be done to make it all good n strong again

basicly if you had the engine what things would u get replaced in the engine like would u get new valves n all that shit
